Preferred Suppliers
The Financial Regulations recommend that Departments wishing to obtain hospitality should use the University Catering Service, the University's internal resource. If a Department chooses not to use the University Catering Service, they must use one of the Preferred Suppliers listed below.
Should a department require catering from a specialist supplier eg strict kosher, and also for when using caterers in other parts of the country or abroad, they should, in the first instance, contact Nick White, Head of Operations, via email at nick.white@admin.cam.ac.uk.
