University Catering Services

 

Hospitality arrangements - 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2027:

The University Catering Service is equipped to provide hospitality services to buildings on the West Cambridge and Sidgwick sites. 

Only the University Catering Service or the Preferred Suppliers listed below can by used by University departments who need to book catering. 

The catering hospitality framework has been split into 3 Lots to make it easier for University colleagues to choose a suitable option depending on their requirements:

Bespoke Dining

Yes Fine dining for formal breakfasts, receptions, lunches and dinners.

How to use the service:
 
  • Click on the links for each supplier, which will take you to their website where you can check their suitability and contact them for quotes. 
  • Once you have selected the right supplier, please contact them directly to make the arrangements for your event. 
  • Contract reference: UCAM 23-030 - this must be quoted on all POs.
  • Direct award up to the value of £20,000. If the quote is above this value please seek further guidance from Head of University Catering nick.white@admin.cam.ac.uk, and Strategic Sourcing Category Manager helen.s.stuckey@admin.cam.ac.uk.
  • If you have any issues with the hospitality suppliers relating to the offer or their performance, please contact nick.white@admin.cam.ac.uk
